All orders ship from Fort Myers, FL via USPS Priority Mail. Items in stock generally ship the following business day. Custom orders and out of stock items will be shipped ASAP, usually within 7 business days. Transit times will vary according to the distance of the shipment. Southeast US orders 1-3 business days and the rest of the US 3-5 business days. For a more expedited delivery please call the studio to make arrangements.

We will accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Item must be in the original condition, unworn and undamaged. Please use original packing materials and secure the item just as you received it. We will issue a refund or exchange for something of equal value. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the unlikely case your package and item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can deal with shipping insurance in a timely manner.

All of our items are made of glass, and therefore very fragile. The delicate structure of many of our designs (bonefish, dragonflies, palm trees to name a few) tend to make them even more fragile than some of the more solid pieces.

We highly suggest, no matter which design you choose, to always be mindful when unpacking it, taking it on and off, putting it in a jewelry box or packing it to go on vacation with you. Many customers choose to take it on and off over a bed so it will have a soft place to land should it fall. I liken our pieces to a wine glass...if you drop it or bump it on a hard surface one time, it most likely will break!

We can not be responsible for broken items, even if it was an accident. Our pieces are sturdy if cared for properly and will last for many years! They simply can not 'fall apart' while being worn or while sitting in a box, there is always a reason that happens.

The bails are sterling silver plated, unless otherwise stated. On occasion the plating will wear off if the piece is worn a lot, worn in the water, pool or shower or if excess products are used while wearing it (sunscreen, lotion, perfume, etc.)

We offer repairs for items broken in 2 pieces but no more. The cost is $12 plus shipping and you can also add that to your cart.
