All orders will be shipped in one to two business day, unless it is
a large or special order. We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for
shipping via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery
confirmation. If you do not receive your order within 5 days, we
can track the package.

If you are for any reason not satisfied with the jewelry when you
receive it, you can return it for an exchange or refund (minus
shipping costs). All returns must be made within 2 weeks and items
must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. We
recommend returning the item the way it was shipped to you, USPS
Priority Mail with insurance as we cannot give a refund on damaged
or lost items.
I cannot give a refund or exchange on broken items. My jewelry is
glass and may break if dropped or even tossed lightly on a hard
surface, especially the Bonefish or Dragonflies. I liken them to a
wine glass... if you drop one it will break & the same is true for
some of my pieces.
